1. What does the Essential £100 Plan include?

  • One post per day to your Facebook and Twitter pages (total two posts per day), every single day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 
  • Unique content, specifically created for your business
  • Engaging articles and images relevant to your audience
  • Regular promotions of your company’s products and services
  • Unlimited support from our dedicated team

All for £100 per month.

2. What happens after I sign-up?

After signing up to our Essential £100 Plan you will be asked to fill out our ‘Getting to know you’ questionnaire to tell us about your business, your industry, and what you want to see within your social media posts. We recommend being as detailed as possible.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will get to work researching your company, industry, competitors, current social media presence and more.

We will then begin to source and create unique content to post to your Facebook and Twitter pages. Within 7-10 days of receiving your completed ‘Getting to know you’ questionnaire and gaining access to your social media accounts, we will begin to publish one post per day to your Facebook and Twitter pages (total two posts per day).

3. I understand it can take 7-10 days from when I pay to when you start posting. Do I lose out on these days in month one?  

Definitely not. Here's how it works: from the date of your first payment there will be a 7-10 day gap before your first posts go live. We need these 7-10 days to receive your completed questionnaire, research your business and plan your social media content. We take the payment immediately to ensure that you are serious about working with us before we begin our comprehensive research and preparation process.

However you will never 'lose' the first 7-10 days that you have paid; the extra days (from the date you pay to the date of the first post) will be added on as days in lieu and used at the end of your time working with us. We will therefore charge you for your second month with us one calendar month after the date of your first payment.

4. How will you know what to post for my company?

As part of the signup process, you will fill out our comprehensive ‘Getting to know you’ questionnaire. This is the best place to tell us in detail about your business, your industry, and what you want to see within your social media posts. We recommend including as much information as possible in this questionnaire to achieve the most tailored results.

Our social media team will take the information you provide and thoroughly research your brand, company, and industry, as well as your competitors. This will help to make sure we are posting unique content that is relevant to your business and interests and engages your audience.

5. What sort of content will you post to my social media pages?

Each of your social media posts will include a message tailored to your audience and any appropriate hashtags. It will also include one or more of the following: an article, a blog post, a video, an image, a link to your website.

6. Who will be working on my social media platform(s)?

Our experienced and professional, UK-based social media team source and create the content we post to your social media platforms. Once you become a 100 Pound Social Customer, you will be supplied with a support email address so that you can get in touch to discuss your accounts at any time. 7. Can you also run my Instagram account?

Yes! Due to Instagram's API restrictions, our Instagram posting process is less direct than our Facebook and Twitter posting process. Click here to read about our Instagram posting process. If you would like to opt for Instagram as part of your £100 Plan, just email us once you have paid and let us know that you are opting for Instagram, and which second platform we will be managing. (Choose Instagram + Facebook, or Instagram + Twitter). 8. Why are your fees so low?

Most social media agencies work with medium to large businesses and price their services to attract big name clients. They have a limited number of clients and therefore need to keep their prices high to maintain their margins. Our service is designed to serve the busy entrepreneurs and small business owners who are ‘priced out’ by larger agencies. We rely on working with a high volume of clients rather than on high margins. To maintain our revenue targets we need a lot of clients, and we need our clients to stick with us long-term. That’s why customer happiness is so central to our service.

9. Can I sign up for one Essential £100 Plan and use it for two businesses? (i.e ask you to manage two Facebook pages from two different businesses.)

No. A lot of work goes into researching and understanding your business when you initially join us. For this reason your social media accounts must belong to the same business; we ask you to purchase a separate plan for each of your businesses.

10. How do you access my social media platforms? Do I need to give you my passwords?

No. We will ask you to connect your social media platforms to our unique social media management system. This is a really simple process and can be completed in under two minutes. We will then be able to publish content your social media platforms without ever accessing them directly.

11. What if I have questions or want to provide feedback on what is being posted to my account?

We are always striving to provide our clients with the best experience possible and welcome feedback. We encourage you to let us know your thoughts on the content we post to your social channels. 12. Will you reply to comments and Direct Messages (DMs) on my social media pages?

Our Essential £100 Plan covers content only. The plan does not include social media community management, such as replies to comments and direct messages. While working with us, you retain full access to your social media account(s) and can log on and reply to comments and DMs at any time. In the near future we will be offering a Community Management as an optional ‘add-on’ to our Essential £100 Plan; this add-on will allow a social media manager to reply to comments and DMs and engage with your audience via your social media pages.

13. Can I still post to my social media platforms?

Of course. You can post as many or few times as you like and can check out how your feeds are looking or respond to comments from your customers at anytime. You will retain complete control of your platforms.

14. I don’t have a Facebook / Twitter / Instagram page. Can you set one for up for me?

15. Can I view posts before they go out to my social media platform(s)?

In the near future we will offer an add-on service that will allow you to view and edit your scheduled posts, however this is not available at the moment. For now, if you want to make any changes to your Facebook and Instagram posts you can log onto your account and easily edit the post once it has been published. We are happy to send you instructions on how to do this.

16. What kind of achievable results can I expect from using your service?

We will provide you with a consistent social media presence. When your customers or potential customers visit on your social media pages or they will be presented with recent, relevant and engaging content and encouraged to click through to visit your website. If you haven’t posted in a week they aren’t going to stick around for long! The longer the customer scans your page and the more interesting they find it, the more likely they are to go on and make a purchase from you.

17. Do I have to sign a contract?

We don’t ask you to sign a contract that binds you to paying for our services for any specific length of time. We want you continue to work with with us because you are happy with our service, not because you are bound to do so. Before ordering the Essential £100 Plan we will present you with a short 'terms of service' agreement that spells our obligations (provide the services included in the Essential £100 Plan, as described on this website), and your obligations (pay us the agreed fee to do this work). When you register with us, you will set up a recurring monthly payment. We simply ask for 30 days notice to cease working on your accounts. To give notice, simply let us know via email. Saying that, we're pretty good at our job and reckon you'll want to stick around for a while!

18. Do you offer a trial period?

We do not offer a trial period but we do offer a risk-free 14-day money-back guarantee. We're super confident that you will be happy with our services but if at any time within the 14 days after placing your order you decide that our service isn't right for you, simply let us know and we’ll send you a full refund. No quibbles, no questions asked.

19. What can I expect to see in the photos you choose for my posts? And can I send you my own photos to post to my social media platforms?

We will gather relevant images from a variety of sources including your current website, blogs, copyright free images or images from existing relevant articles.

You are also welcome to submit your own photos for use in your posts.

20. Do you offer any other services?

We will be offering additional services in the near future. Planned services include:

21. Can you help me make a marketing or sales strategy for my business?

The services we offer are designed to be a part of your overall marketing strategy. We do not currently create marketing and sales strategies though this may be something we offer in the future.

23. Will your posts make more people like my page, buy my products, visit my website, etc?

When relevant, engaging content is posted consistently to your social channels, we would expect to see some organic growth. However we can’t make any guarantees or predict a growth rate as growth is highly dependent on a number of factors, including: the social media platform in question, your industry, your existing platform audience, the age of your account, your past activity on the account, and more. The Essential £100 Plan covers the content element of social media and is designed to ‘social proof’ your business and facilitate customer / potential customer engagement with your brand. To encourage growth you will still need to follow up on other aspects of your social media, such as replying to comments and commenting on and Liking your audiences posts, photos and tweets to keep them engaged with you. In the future we will be offering a variety of add ons, including Community Management (ie. replying to messages, Liking, commenting etc.)

24. What time of day will you post at and how do you know when my audience is most active?

Our expert social media analytics systems provide us with an accurate picture of what time of the day your audience is most active on social media. We use these statistics to post to your social media platforms at the busiest times to ensure your posts are viewed by as many people as possible.

25. I have an event coming up that I would like you to post about, can you do this?

We would be happy to! Please email hello@100poundsocial.com to let us know about your event. Keep in mind that we create content one week in advance, so if your event is less than 7-10 days away we recommend posting about it yourself, otherwise we may miss it.

26. Help, my posting has suddenly stopped!

From time to time our system logs you out and we may need to contact you to reconnect the account. If posts have ever stopped this will usually be the reason, just drop us an email to hello@100poundsocial.com and we will get you back up and running ASAP.

27. I'm not seeing any engagement on my posts?

Because we are posting quality, interesting content to your profiles, you can expect to see some organic engagement (e.g. Likes, comments, new followers / page Likes.) However we can’t make any guarantees or predict a growth rate as growth is highly dependent on a number of factors, including: the social media platform in question, your industry, your existing platform audience, the age of your account, your past activity on the account, and more. The Essential £100 Plan covers the content element of social media. To encourage growth you should still be following up on other aspects of your social media, such as replying to comments and commenting on and Liking your audiences posts, photos and tweets to keep them engaged with you. In the future we will be offering a variety of add ons, including Community Management (ie. replying to messages, Liking, commenting etc.) We will also be offering Advertising Plans and Platform Growth and Engagement Plans.

28. I’m not happy with your service.
